Why you should book a tour with Timberbush Tours

Posted on the | Category: Blog

Its summer time and you’re on your holiday, your time is limited so you have to be selective in what you do. If this is the case for you then let us explain why booking a Highland tour with Timberbush Tours is a wise move for you!

Timberbush Tours are 5* Visit Scotland Accredited tour operator, so you can rest assured that our tours are of the highest quality. We offer tours into the Highlands as well as other points of interest like Stirling Castle, Roslyn Chapel and many more.

We have been awarded the TripAdvisor certificate of excellence for 5 years running (2011-2015). This is a fantastic achievement we are very proud of, and we would not have received the award without the highly rated feedback from our customers.

We are lucky to have some of the best Driver-Guides in the industry working for us, and who have been a part of the Timberbush Tours family for many years! They can’t wait to share the history, culture and show you ‘their’ Scotland. They’re fantastic storytellers, who will captivate you with stories of victory and defeat, of William Wallace and Mary Queen of Scots, of the Highland Way of life, and possibly even a few jokes too!

Travel in comfort throughout the highlands and islands on a modern, air-conditioned coach, you will reach your destination relaxed and ready to explore.  We are committed to offering the highest level of comfort and safety for our passengers, and as such we replace and upgrade all of our coaches every three years. We proudly boast a fleet of luxurious, air-conditioned vehicles, ranging in size from 7 to 43 seats to cater for all group sizes.

The price of the tour that you see is the price for that tour, excluding meals, accommodation and entrance to attractions. We don’t deal with transactions fees or booking fees and we do our best to negotiate discounts on the many attractions that we visit in order to allow you to have the fullest experience that you can when visiting the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

Booking a tour with us couldn’t be easier; you can book your tour on our website by selecting our tours, or you can pay us a visit in person and say hello at our office at 555 Castlehill, 2 minutes from the entrance of Edinburgh Castle at the top of the Royal Mile. If neither of these options are convenient then our friendly Reservations Team are on hand 07:00 - 22:00 daily, all year round to help you book your tour or answer any queries you may have.

Our tours are designed so that you can get out what you want from it. If you want to see as much of Scotland as you can in the one day then the Loch Ness, Glencoe and the Highlands tour is perfect for you. If you prefer a gentler paced day with time to explore then our St. Andrews and the Fishing Villages of Fife may be the ideal tour. It’s up to you, but whichever tour that you pick we will ensure that you have a fabulous time seeing and exploring Scotland.
