We've received two certifications to show that our tours are as safe as they possibly can be for you.

Good To Go

This certification from Visit Scotland shows we have carried out a risk assessment and are working strictly with Government Guidelines to make sure our tours are as safe as they possibly can be for our customers.

Safe Travels

This certification from the World Tourism Council shows recognises the steps we have taken to adhere to their health and hygiene protocols.

We routinely deep-clean the coaches after every tour to ensure our vehicles are as safe as possible for our customers. Not only this, but we 'fog' our coaches, putting a anti-bacterial fog throughout the vehicle to ensure they are as clean and safe as they possibly can be.

Your Driver-Guide will regularly clean high-traffic areas and touchpoints on the coach throughout the day.

We've relaxed our booking amendment and cancellation policies.

This means if you'd like to switch your booking dates, you can do free of charge!

Our 1 day tours can be cancelled giving 24 hours notice, and 7 days notice for multi-day tours.

When you travel with us, we will ensure that every place we visit on tour has undergone a covid risk assessment and meets our health and hygiene standards.

We want to be transparent when it comes to booking fees.

This means when you book your tour, you can be guaranteed there won't be any hidden nasties at checkout. The price you see in your basket is the price you pay for your tour.

We don't charge taxes or credit card fees for our tours. 

And if you want to book any additional extras, such as entry tickets or accommodation, you can rest assured we price-match the attractions when you book with them directly, and in some cases, we can offer a group rate to you!

We offer private tours for groups of all sizes. Our coaches range from 10-53 seats, meaning if you want a wee family tour, or something a little larger, we can help!

If you're taking one of our multi-day tours, for your health and safety, you will unfortunately no longer have the option to book a hostel bed in a dormitory. 

If you are still looking for hostel accommodation for a larger group (4+ persons) in the same family bubble, please contact our Reservations Team for more information. 

Our coaches have hand sanitiser on board, but we do require all customers to bring a mask with them for the safety of themselves and all others on board. Our Driver-Guide will be wearing a mask on the day, and our friendly team at the Departure Point will greet you at a comfortable social-distance and be wearing masks, too!
